REFUNDS POLICY (if applicable)

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we proudly offer absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described.

Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops on DooWear receives the following guarantees:

full refund if you don’t receive your order;

full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 1-3 business days processing);

full or partial refund if the item is not as described or damaged;

full refund if you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);

your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

HOW TO REFUND AN ITEM

You can submit refund requests within:

30 business days after the order is delivered;

or 45 business days since your order was placed. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

RETURNS POLICY(if applicable)

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund.

You have the right to return your order within 30 business days starting from the day on you have received your package.

The product must be in an unused condition and in its original packaging, if possible, with all its accessories and all packaged components.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer personal reasons, such as didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc.

We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or a faulty product.

Due to the reasons of DooWear, the problem that needs to be returned and exchanged is handled as follows

  • When returning

Refund amount: 100% of the total order amount
Return shipping fee: Pay by DooWear

  • When replacing

Return shipping fee: Pay by DooWear
Re-shipment freight: Pay by DooWear

Due to the customer’s reasons, the problem of the need to return and exchange the goods is handled as follows

Refund amount: 100% of the product amount (excluding freight)
Return shipping fee: Pay by Customer

  • When replacing

Return shipping fee: Pay by Customer
Re-shipment freight: Pay by Customer

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you want to initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Please send us a photo of the products you’ve received with the return request to the info@doowear.com and we will guide you through the steps.

Return the product to the return address within 10 business days from the time the customer initiates the return and send us the tracking number after you ship the item.

CANCELLATION (if applicable)

1. Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders

If you are cancelling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us info@doowear.com. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!

*Please note that orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment and before leaving our warehouse.

2. Cancelling Shipped-out Order

If you are canceling orders when your parcel has already been shipped out or on its way to destination, please contact us and then kindly refuse to accept the parcel since we are not able to call it back at that time. we will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs. Refund will be issued as soon as parcel begins to return.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If you want to exchange, please contact our customer service. We can only handle the exchange of different sizes or colors of the same product.of course.customer pays the shipping cost on exchange.If you want to exchange for other goods, please directly choose to return and repurchase.

We cannot keep the items to be exchanged. If we do not have any products in stock when we receive your return, we recommend that you wait patiently or choose a refund.

LATER OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@doowear.com.
